This process was complemented by occupant satisfaction surveys assessing thermal comfort, indoor air quality, and workplace conditions\u2014ensuring that building performance aligns with user experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, operational policies were implemented to promote sustainable procurement, proper waste management, preventive maintenance, and efficient resource use.
