Spanning approximately 650 m\u00b2, the project integrates key spaces such as the main auditorium, meeting rooms, a gym, a relaxation area, and gaming zones, all designed to enhance the Googlers\u2019 experience through wellbeing, collaboration, and innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Green Loop led the <strong>LEED consulting and Full Commissioning process<\/strong>, ensuring compliance with the stringent requirements of the <strong>Google Guide 3.0<\/strong>, particularly the Infrastructure Standards. These guidelines significantly raise the technical benchmark compared to similar systems, prioritizing not only efficiency and performance, but also occupant health, comfort, and long-term value for both users and owners. The project incorporated state-of-the-art technology, including high-efficiency cassette systems, as part of a strategy focused on energy optimization and indoor environmental quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result, the project achieved <strong>LEED ID+C v4.1 certification<\/strong>, making Google at that time the only company in Colombia with two <strong>LEED Platinum Certified Commercial Interiors<\/strong> projects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When a space is designed with intention, it transforms not just how it looks, but how it\u2019s experienced, how people work within it, and the impact it creates.
