Strategically located along Avenida Calle 80\u2014one of the city\u2019s main corridors\u2014the complex benefits from exceptional connectivity, with close access to TransMilenio stations and multiple public transportation routes, enabling easy mobility from across the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Green Loop led the <strong>LEED consulting and energy modeling<\/strong> for the project, also incorporating the analysis of the building envelope\u2014a key technical component that represented a significant challenge and strengthened the team\u2019s expertise in this type of system.
