However, as its potential became clear, it evolved into a comprehensive strategy led by Green Loop through <strong>LEED consulting, commissioning, and energy modeling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The building integrates key water and energy efficiency solutions, including rainwater reuse, submetering, photovoltaic systems (37.7%), LED lighting, free cooling, and HVAC optimization. It also diverted over 80% of construction waste from landfills, reused structural elements, and enhanced indoor environmental quality through increased ventilation and contaminant control.
