With the goal of achieving <strong>LEED ID+C certification<\/strong>, the client aimed to optimize building systems within the constraints of interior design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Green Loop led the <strong>LEED consulting, commissioning, and energy modeling<\/strong>, ensuring every design decision contributed to overall performance. The project incorporated key strategies such as high-efficiency fixtures, achieving approximately <strong>34% water savings<\/strong>, along with LED lighting that delivered a <strong>54% reduction in energy use<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, <strong>VRF systems<\/strong> were implemented in critical areas such as the data center, improving cooling efficiency, and a <strong>30% increase in outdoor air<\/strong> was introduced to enhance indoor air quality and enable strategies like <em>free cooling<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, the project achieved <strong>35.68% water efficiency and 18.6% energy efficiency<\/strong>, demonstrating that even interior interventions can generate significant impact when approached with an integrated strategy.
