The goal was clear: achieve LEED certification and demonstrate that its facilities reflect the organization\u2019s environmental commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Green Loop led the <strong>LEED consulting, energy modeling, commissioning, and bioclimatic analysis<\/strong>, optimizing the project\u2019s performance from the design stage. Through these strategies, HVAC loads were significantly reduced while ensuring thermal comfort for occupants. The project incorporates key solutions such as <strong>rainwater reuse for sanitary fixtures<\/strong> and a <strong>photovoltaic system on the administrative building\u2019s roof<\/strong>, strengthening its resource efficiency performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The results demonstrate outstanding performance: <strong>83.4% energy savings, 75.44% water savings, 65.27% renewable energy, and a 65.67% reduction in HVAC demand<\/strong>, along with more than <strong>21,000 m\u00b2 of green areas<\/strong> that enhance both the environment and user well-being.
