Through a comprehensive approach, it achieved <strong>EDGE certification in both the design and construction phases<\/strong>, ensuring that both the initial concept and final execution meet high-performance standards in resource efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This milestone makes it the <strong>first Priority Social Housing (VIP) project under construction in the country<\/strong> to earn this distinction, as well as the first for the developer. Additionally, within the same master development, <strong>Laurel<\/strong> stands out as the first VIS residential project in Tolima to achieve EDGE certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By implementing strategies focused on energy, water, and material efficiency, the project achieves <strong>24% energy savings, 27% water savings, and a 62% reduction in embodied energy in materials<\/strong>.
