Tourism projects of the future don’t just welcome visitors, they protect the environment that draws them in.
Grand Sirenis is a 20,000 m² hospitality development led by Hitos Urbanos, located on the island of San Andrés, one of Colombia’s most environmentally sensitive and strategically valuable tourism destinations.
The project is pursuing LEED v3 Core & Shell certification, integrating a performance-driven approach to sustainability that prioritizes energy efficiency, resource optimization, and long-term operational resilience within a tropical island context.
Green Loop supports the project through a comprehensive scope that includes energy modeling, commissioning, and LEED consulting. These services are designed not only to ensure compliance with international green building standards, but to optimize system performance, reduce operational costs, and enhance asset value over time.
By embedding performance analysis into key design and construction decisions, the project moves beyond certification as a goal—leveraging sustainability as a tool for better investment outcomes and more efficient building operation.
