Green Loop develops LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification consulting services for projects in the design and construction stage, as well as for existing projects that are in the operation and maintenance stage.

LEED is the world's most widely recognized sustainable certification system. It was created by the USGBC (United States Sustainable Building Council), and is administered by GBCI (Green Business Certification Inc). The EDGE certification was created by the IFC (International Finance Corporation), with the support of the World Bank to promote the sustainability of buildings in emerging countries.
This certification evaluates 3 chapters: Energy efficiency, Water savings and Energy embodied in materials.

Green Loop offers consultancy services for CASA certification in Colombia. This certification was created by the Colombian Green Building Council as an initiative to promote the transformation of housing in the country towards sustainability. The certification system is applicable to affordable housing, new homes and existing homes.

It has 7 chapters that evaluate the following aspects Environmental Sustainability, Local Sustainability, Water Resource Efficiency, Energy Resource Efficiency, Material Efficiency, Well-being and Social Responsibility.
