How do we handle complaints?

1. Receipt and Registration The complaint will be recorded within a maximum of 5 business days. 2. Initial Assessment We will review whether the complaint is eligible to be handled through this mechanism. 3. Investigation If accepted, an objective and impartial review will be conducted. 4. Response and Resolution The resolution or the actions taken will be communicated, when applicable. 5. Closure The process will be closed once corrective actions have been implemented or the final decision has been communicated. The estimated timeframe for the complete process is 30 to 45 days, depending on the complexity of the case.
