How do we handle complaints?
1. Receipt and Registration
Your complaint will be received and logged within a maximum of 5 business days.
2. Initial Review
We will assess whether the matter falls within the scope of this grievance mechanism.
3. Investigation
If applicable, an objective, confidential, and impartial review will be conducted.
4. Response and Resolution
When appropriate, we will communicate the outcome, proposed actions, or resolution steps.
5. Closure
The case will be closed once corrective actions have been implemented or the final decision has been communicated.

Typically between 30 and 45 calendar days, depending on the complexity of the case.
