Healthcare, reimagined for a better urban future.
Where performance, wellbeing, and sustainability converge.

Is a healthcare infrastructure project that marks a milestone in Medellín, becoming one of the first hospital projects in the city to achieve a sustainability certification. Strategically located along Avenida Las Vegas, directly across from Clínica Las Vegas, the development was conceived to centralize medical services within a modern, efficient, and highly specialized environment. With 19 levels, 125 medical offices, and a mix of clinical and commercial spaces, it responds to the growing demand for high-quality healthcare infrastructure.

From a technical standpoint, the project integrates high-performance solutions such as thermal insulation systems, high-capacity electrical networks, and spaces designed for complex medical services, including ICUs, operating rooms, and recovery areas. Through tools such as CFD analysis, key decisions related to ventilation and equipment placement were optimized, enhancing indoor environmental quality and overall building performance.

In terms of sustainability, Salud Vegas incorporates efficient water management strategies, including a rainwater harvesting and reuse system that supplies a significant portion of the building’s demand. Its direct proximity to Clínica Las Vegas creates a strong operational synergy, strengthening the delivery of secondary and tertiary healthcare services. Overall, the project represents a more efficient, sustainable, and user-centered approach to healthcare infrastructure.
